Description of our Paralegal Adoption Service

Using this service, your spouse may adopt your child(ren). This will require that the biological parents terminate their parental rights. See below for additional information regarding this process.

You simply need to fill out the questionnaire and return it to our office. This can be done by e-mail, fax or by taking the completed questionnaire to one of our offices.

Alternatively, you may call us toll free at (866) 946-0325.

Download a fillable questionnaire with no obligation or payment until you are ready to have us complete your documents.

IE (Internet Explorer) users downloading the Microsoft Word version may encounter a pop-up window requesting your credentials. To work around this issue, select cancel each time the credential window appears and your document will open. Another option is to open with Chrome or another browser. To view Microsoft's White Paper addressing this issue, see: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2019105.

IE (Internet Explorer) users downloading the Adobe Reader Version may encounter their browser hanging up during the process. You have two options. Disable Adobe PDF Reader in IE. You can do this by selecting Tools | Manage add-ons | Show All add-ons | Adobe PDF Reader select disable. Now when you select a pdf file in your browser the file will open in the program Adobe Reader instead of your browser. Another option is to open with Chrome or another browser.

You can download the trial version, which is fully functional and offers every feature of the product for you to test-drive, at the following link: Adobe Acrobat XI Pro.

Download the free version of Adobe Reader here.

When you are ready for us to prepare your documents, return your questionnaire using secure email or file  transfer. Alternatively, you may mail, fax or drop it off at one of our offices.

Once you return your questionnaire, we will call you with any questions and for payment or you may pay online using our secure cart server. This option is available in the right column. When we call you we will schedule an appointment, usually within 24 hours or address emailing your documents to you for review. If you have any questions, please call us at (866) 946-0325.
