collected from you on this site. Everything is considered confidential
and will never be released to any third party. We only request
information absolutely essential to respond to your requests
on our products and services.
PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Sometimes our website may show an outdated product; however,
we guarantee we ship the most updated product available at the
time of purchase or we will refund 100% of your money and pay
all shipping costs. If the product we have listed is lower
than the update we will stand by that price. If the update
is cheaper we will sell you the product at the lower price.
If we know a product is getting ready to be updated we will
let you know prior to charging you or mailing you the product
giving you the choice to either purchase the product or wait
for the update. Feel free to call us with any questions

DOWNLOAD INFORMATION:
If you ordered downloadable forms, documents
or a kit from us and have not received them please check your
junk or trash email folder. Some customers have their email
security set so high it sends our email into junk.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL DOWNLOADABLE ITEMS ON THIS SITE:
Many of our downloadable forms come with instructions to help
you fill out your forms and if you still need help it is available
by clicking on the chat link located on each page. Please allow
us up to 1 business hour after purchase to forward you a link
for your forms. See hours of operation in right column under
chat. This allows us to ensure your state guidelines have not
changed and your kit complies with state laws.

SHIPPING INFORMATION:
We ship using two methods: US Mail and United Parcel Service
(UPS). Your orders are always processed the same day we receive
them (except weekends). Additionally, single forms being sent
will be packaged with a thin cardboard insert to ensure that
your form (s) does not bend during shipping. Feel free to call

PAYPAL INFORMATION:
If you choose to pay using PayPal we ship immediately unless
you select the eCheck option where we will not ship until the
money has cleared, usually 3 - 4 business days.
RETURN POLICIES:
If, for any reason, you decide you do not want an item you
ordered from us, please return it to us. Enclose a copy of your
invoice or write a note explaining the reason for the return
