HOW TO ASSEMBLE YOUR LAST
WILL & TESTAMENT
|

Step #2 - On the Will Cover
(9 x 11 card stock), type your name under "Last Will & Testament
of." |
|
Step #3 - On the Will Paper (8.5 x 11),
type your name under "Last Will & Testament of," then type the
contents of your Will on that page. If necessary, use the continuation
sheets. |
|
Step #4 - On the Will Envelope, type
your name under "Last Will & Testament of." |
|
Step #5 - Put the prepared Will Paper(s)
under the small flap in the Will Cover. Staple the Will Cover
and Will Paper(s) together 3 times across the top/flap. |
|
Step #6 - Fold the Will Cover so that
the stapled Will Paper(s) are secured neatly inside. When finished,
it should look like the Will on the left. |

Step #7 - Now put your folded Will
into the Will Envelope.
Congratulations!
You are finished.
