You will need to bring two witnesses with
you who are not named in your Last Will & Testament . This can be anyone
over the age of 18 and should not be a close family member.

We do not charge for notarizing Last Will & Testaments or Domestic Partnership Agreements (we do not supply your witnesses as required for these forms) and if you are seeking a free notary please schedule an appointment or you and your witnesses may have to wait if our notaries (paralegals) are busy with clients. If you purchase a service that requires a notary, one shall be provided at no additional cost at our
Federal Way, Renton, & Tacoma offices. Presently,
our Renton office does not do walk-in notaries.
